Dr. Steve: This blog is focused on my Fulbright Specialist project. I am deeply appreciative of the wonderful people at Fulbright for providing this opportunity. Here, I am working with the excellent scholars and students at IAMO and related institutions. If you are interested in developing theories and policies that are more likely to be effective in practical application, then I am interested in talking with you. Of course, this blog not an official U.S. Department of State website.
